Vidhan Soudha or the legislative house of Karnataka is a marvellous piece of architecture with diverse architectural elements coupled into what is called Neo-Dravidian. It can be viewed only from the outside unless you get a pass from your legislator. It has a wide and bold facade representing strength and the beautiful marble only adds to the impressive structure. It has gardens in the front and a long and high staircase leading to the entrance. It has a metro station just opposite to it. It’s appearance is somewhat similar to the parliament of Britain too. You can find ice cream stalls outside for a quick treat.
