The Brahma Kumaris Spiritual University was founded in Hyderabad, Sindh (present-day Pakistan) in the 1930s by Dada Lekhraj Kripalani, known as Brahma Baba. Initially known as Om Mandali, the organization focused on spiritual empowerment, particularly for women. Following the partition of India, the Brahma Kumaris relocated to Mount Abu in 1950, where it established its headquarters. Over the decades, it has grown into a global spiritual movement with centers in over 100 countries, promoting peace, meditation, and sustainable living. The museum on the campus was later established to preserve and showcase the history and teachings of the Brahma Kumaris.
