The Lion Safari Vasona was established to promote wildlife conservation and eco-tourism in the region. The park was created to provide a safe haven for Asiatic lions and to educate the public about the importance of protecting these endangered animals. The initial lions were brought in as part of a conservation program to increase their population. Over the years, the park has grown and improved its facilities to provide a better experience for both the animals and the visitors. It has become a significant part of the local tourism industry, attracting visitors from all over the country. The safari continues to play a vital role in wildlife conservation and education, contributing to the preservation of Asiatic lions for future generations. The park's success is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the conservationists and staff involved in its management.
